With more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Republican politics, direct response strategy, fundraising, copywriting, design, donor acquisition, list selection, segmentation and analysis, Jeff is ready to help you raise the money needed to achieve your goals, win your campaign, or fund your cause.
Jeff’s a three-time Peer Choice “All Star Award” winner and a 2019 recipient of the American Association of Political Consultants’ “40 Under 40 Award” who has raised more than $100 million for Republican campaigns, political action committees, veteran support groups, Christian charities, and other conservative advocacy organizations.
His direct mail fundraising appeals have been recognized with more than a dozen industry awards including: the American Association of Political Consultants’ “POLLIE” Award, Campaigns & Elections “Reed” Award, the Direct Marketing Association of Washington’s “MAXI” (Marketing Award for eXcellence and Innovation) Award, and the Peer Choice “GOLD ELEPHANT” Award.
A native of New York, Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Stony Brook University’s Honors College with a B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Public Policy. In 2021, his alma mater selected Jeff as an honoree of their prestigious “40 Under Forty Award” recognizing him as an exceptional and distinguished leader in the areas of civil service and activism.
Today Jeff lives in beautiful Loudoun County, Virginia, attends church at Cornerstone Chapel, and enjoys rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

Joel is a networker whose agency expertise spans all facets of direct mail fundraising, including creative cause concepts and program strategy, list selection and analysis, print production brokerage, and creative copywriting. Joel has helped grow programs into nationally-recognized institutions by routinely exceeding client growth and revenue goals.
Certified in Executive Leadership, industry peers recognize Joel as a collaborative team-builder, an award-winning copywriter, and a lifelong learner.
After serving as Vice President of the conservative direct response marketing industry’s charter agency, Joel founded Dominion Strategy Group and co-founded KB Partners to continue inspiring generosity and motivating stewardship.
Virginia born and bred, Joel and his wife, Kristine, have four daughters and reside in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley where they serve as community volunteers and active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
